DR Strings Dragon Skin+™ strings sound great, are easy to play and have an exceptionally long life. Dragon Skin+ offers an upgrade to both core and wrap wires, making them sound outstandingly musical, balanced and loud.

Dragon Skin+ strings inherit the Accurate Core Technology™ (ACT) familiar from the hugely popular DR Veritas strings, as well as the Quantum Nickel™ wrap wire material. ACT means that the core of the wound strings is coated with grooves that the wrap wire adheres to. This releases the strings’ sonic potential and makes them intonate with outstanding precision. The core wire is wound with a Quantum Nickel™ wrap wire, which is more magnetic than standard nickel-coated wire. This provides the strings a bigger sound and makes them more responsive to different playing styles.

As a new feature, Dragon Skin+ strings offer a micro-thin coating that ensures excellent resonance and extremely long life.

Dragon Skin+ is your choice if you are looking for:

• Extra-long life, with a “chime” that exceeds an uncoated string
• Unwavering reliability even in rough use
• A GIANT sound with high output and full-bodied tone
• Fine-tuned tension for optimal comfort and playability

Dragon Skin+ is designed to feel and sound better than any other string ever made before.
